Crearte Consulting busca para incorporar en la plantilla de nuestro cliente, una multinacional de referencia en el sector de la ingeniería, un Business Development Manager

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyar al Business Development Director durante el proceso de venta. Desde la búsqueda de leads hasta la negociación y cierre de oportunidades.
  • Desarrollar las habilidades necesarias para gestionar con éxito las propias oportunidades de ventas desde el abastecimiento hasta el cierre.
  • Desarrollar y construir relaciones profesionales con clientes existentes, nuevos y potenciales. Mantener excelentes relaciones y soporte postventa para generar confianza mutua en línea con la estrategia comercial acordada.
  • Desarrollar y entregar presentaciones y documentos de ventas excepcionales, de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa.
  • Elevar el perfil de la empresa en eventos del sector, eventos de networking y promoviendo una imagen de profesionalismo en todo momento.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con los desarrollos de la industria, manteniendo el conocimiento de la actividad de la competencia y las tendencias del mercado.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con la BDD para cumplir los objetivos de ventas acordados.
  • Preparar los paneles de informes semanales y mensuales requeridos por el Director de Desarrollo Comercial.
  • Apoyar la creación/actualización de materiales de marketing, presentaciones y comunicaciones ad hoc.
  • Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos/herramientas de ventas.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:

  • Titulación de grado: se valora positivamente el perfil técnico (arquitectos, ingenieros...)
  • Competente en ingles (al menos un C1). El portugués y el catalán serán un plus.
  • Se valorará conocimiento de plataformas CRM (Salesforce, Airtable )
  • Competente en Outlook PWP/EXCEL
  • Más de 5 años de experiência en sector de Real State (es deseable tener experiência en el sector living)
