ABOUT THE JOB We ́re looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our team in Barcelona and to make sure we are implementing the right strategy to the region in order to grow and to find new opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Recruitment, this role will have a full picture of the organization and a long-term vision of the project.

Responsibilities Sales and Marketing To set priorities and goals (together with Head of Sales & Recruitment), control and evaluate the performance of the team Follow up closely with the team operations and assess performance Daily control of KPls Make decisions within the team, and have the closest alignment with management Report to the Head of Sales & Recruitment and the S&M director, communicate decisions, request approvals, and control the results Ensure the proper and effective operations, overseeing the day-to-day work and operations to ensure adherence to the organization's guidelines Ensure the accomplishment of deadlines and processes by the Admission Counselling team Supervise the work of the Admission Counselling team in terms of goals and targets per campus and create action plans whenever needed to ensure meeting the sales objectives Meet regularly with the team members to provide critical feedback and encouragement Track the activity, including the successful completion of designated tasks Liaise with direct managers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues Create and deliver reports to senior-level management and maintain effective meeting notes ldentify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions Monitor sales and work toward meeting monthly objectives, detect potential deviation, as well as potential solutions, ensuring the sales curves accomplishments.

Report to Head of Sales & Recruitment and S&M director on time HR Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team lnvestigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution Headcount and staffing according to sales projections and growth Define the priorities with the team and set the working rhythm Lead the team by example, taking ownership of the decisions.

Manage disagreements and controversies, and deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions. Ensure the training of the team and have a close understanding/relation of each Admission Counsellor Ensure, together with the Head of Sales & Recruitment and S&M director, that the team poses all the tools and resources to accomplish the sales goals Support the Head of Sales & Recruitment and S&M director in the implementation of procedures, workflow, and time management Detect and deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions Mediating with the rest of the departments when necessary (ex. Lead assignation, admissions issues, organization of webinars, info sessions, or open days, etc.

) and reporting to the Head of Sales & Recruitment and S&M Director Administration/Procedures Office days/Days off/extra days/Holidays control and approval Ensure accomplishment of deadlines Ensure correct following of processes and create proposals to optimize them Support Head of Sales & Recrutiment (projects, events, reports) Detecting errors in reports or assignation and provide a solution when necessary ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated and collaborative individual with strong planning, analytic, and people reading skills to lead our team.

You have an optimistic and autonomous personality and feel comfortable interacting with potential students from all over the world as they make important decisions or their future.

You can multitask but remain organized and engaged while helping multiple candidates simultaneously.

Above all, you are result-driven and able to use your persuasion skills to successfully recruit top talent for our business school.


Requirements:
Working permit and immediate availability. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales or in a similar position. Native or advanced (C1) level of English (written and spoken). Minimum of bachelor's degree. Previous experience working with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Excellent time management and task organization. Optimistic, autonomous, and collaborative personality. Strong planning, analytic and people reading skills. High level of comfort interacting with people. Ability to multitask, stay organized and engaged. Motivation, persuasion and results driven.

Any of the following are a plus:
Have a sound knowledge in education programs. Other languages like French, Italian or German.
