About the Role:

  • The Senior IT Category Manager is responsible for managing an IT sub-category and driving complex IT sourcing projects.

Your Goal:

  • Ensure increased value from sourcing SW & Cloud services from vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Simplify vendor engagement through consolidation, harmonisation, standardisation, and digitalisation.
  • Efficiently execute IT sourcing deals for cost avoidance and savings.
  • Support growth by creating value from vendor relationships.
  • Define and manage category strategies in alignment with key IT stakeholders.
  • Identify sourcing initiatives, mitigate risks, and drive continuous value optimization.
  • Develop and maintain sourcing strategies for covered categories.
  • Manage IT stakeholders and execute complex sourcing deals collaboratively.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in complex IT sourcing for Software & Cloud Services.
  • Category management experience in IT.
  • Experience in negotiating complex IT contracts.
