As a Travel Experience Designer, you will be responsible for: assisting agents to make their own bookings on the Travel Agent website, as well as book.
contributing with your expertise to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.Main missions:

Develop your sales activity:
Develop sales by recruiting, building loyalty and selling complementary services. Identify your customer's business opportunities (partnership, sponsorship, influencer, recommendation)
Analysis of the sales trends, the performance evolutions (customer file, data catching, complaint tracking). Propose new solutions and correct what is not working properly in qualitative and quantitative part. Guarantee the evolution and adaptation of processes, operating rules to be always even more efficient and fluid. Be part of the development plan of your market Ensuring compliance with operational standards and ensure opt-in data from customers 2) Be a key player in customer consideration:
Greet customers face-to-face and/or over the phone, adopting a premium posture. Create a personalized and lasting relationship with customers, proactively accompanying them throughout the sale. Ensure customer follow-up and satisfaction 3)
Create a customized travel experience:
Gather/understand your customer's expectations and motivations Advise them to create a tailor-made trip Promote Club Med destinations, products and experience Skills and competencies we're looking for: Education level You have abachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in travel agency industry. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong networking/communication skills You have a very good knowledge of travel and the tourism industry. You're passionate about travel and have a real flair for sales You are skilled in sales techniques and negotiation. You're persistent, proactive, curious and enthusiastic. You enjoy working as part of a team.
