About the Business Unit
Our management model separates Resorts from Markets. In this position, you will be part of the EAF Markets team, handling sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries.
Job Overview
As a Travel Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting agents to make bookings on the Travel Agent website.
- Contributing to sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
Develop Sales Activity
- Develop sales by recruiting, building loyalty, and selling complementary services.
- Identify business opportunities for customers (partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, recommendations).
- Analyze sales trends and performance evolutions (customer data, complaint tracking).
- Propose new solutions and improve existing processes.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and customer data protection.
Customer Consideration
- Greet customers face-to-face and/or over the phone, adopting a premium posture.
- Create a personalized and lasting relationship with customers.
- Ensure customer follow-up and satisfaction.
Customized Travel Experience
- Gather and understand customer expectations and motivations.
- Advise customers to create a tailor-made trip.
- Promote Club Med destinations, products, and experiences.
Requirements
Education and Experience
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel agency industry.
Skills and Competencies
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong networking and communication skills, and a passion for travel and sales.
Languages
Spanish is required, and knowledge of Portuguese is ideal.
