Planificación Financiera y Análisis:
- Desarrollar y gestionar presupuestos anuales y previsiones financieras.
- Realizar análisis financieros detallados para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Monitorear y analizar las tendencias financieras y económicas, identificando áreas de mejora.
Contabilidad y Control Financiero:
- Supervisar las operaciones contables diarias, incluyendo cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar y conciliaciones bancarias.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas contables y los principios financieros (GAAP, IFRS).
- Preparar y presentar informes financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales a la alta dirección y a los accionistas.
Gestión de Tesorería:
- Gestionar el flujo de efectivo de la empresa, asegurando una adecuada liquidez para las operaciones diarias.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con instituciones financieras para gestionar líneas de crédito, préstamos y otras necesidades de financiamiento.
- Impuestos y tributación
- Presentar declaraciones fiscales precisas y puntuales
- Supervisar la preparación y presentación de todos los documentos fiscales
- Asegurar una optimización fiscal
Gestión de Riesgos:
- Identificar, evaluar y gestionar los riesgos financieros de la organización.
- Implementar políticas y procedimientos para mitigar riesgos financieros.
Cumplimiento y Auditoría:
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones financieras y fiscales.
- Coordinar auditorías internas y externas, asegurando la precisión y la integridad de los estados financieros.
Requisitos del Puesto:
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o campo relacionado. Se prefiere un MBA o un título avanzado en Finanzas.
- Mínimo 57 años de experiencia en un rol financiero, con al menos 3 años en una posición de liderazgo.
- Experiencia en la elaboración de presupuestos, análisis financiero y presentación de informes.
- Dominio de SAGE.
- Dominio del inglés (nivel mínimo C1).
