Gestión Integral del proyecto:
- Interlocución con el cliente
- Redacción de informes de avance (plazo, coste, calidad)
- Gestión del equipo de Oficina Técnica y On Site. Coordinación del equipo
- Especificar la calidad de cada parte entregable.
- Estimar los recursos y los plazos necesarios.
- Desarrollar e implementar un plan y procesos para el proyecto.
- Gestión de riesgos, problemas y cambios que puedan haber en el proyecto.
- Gestión de proveedores
- Planificación de actividades
- Identificación y control de riesgos
Requisitos:
- Ingeniero/a o ingeniero/a técnico/a
- Experiência mínima de 510 años en proyectos de plantas fotovoltaicas Utility Scale como site manager
- Experiência deseable como Director Facultativo de obras industriales
- Experiência en Servicios de Ingeniería de la Propiedad
- Experiência en negociación con contratistas
- Carnet de conducir.
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas (Office, Project,...) a nível de usuario.
- Conocimiento de inglés a nível de proyecto.
- Manejo de AutoCAD
