_ _SENIOR REVENUE MANAGER
_ _para nuestras oficinas centrales, ubicadas en Alcobendas (Madrid).

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Elaboración del conjunto de tarifas de los diferentes canales de distribución electrónica, así como su mantenimiento y modificaciones diarias.
  • Revisión de la ocupación y elaboración de informes para establecer el precio de venta junto con la dirección del centro.
  • Elaboración de estrategias de Revenue Manager y Yield Departament
  • Elaboración del Business Plan.
  • Control de la demanda según los diferentes períodos del año.
  • Control del precio medio y ocupación de la competencia de Bench Marking para establecer la tarifa siguiendo una estructura adecuada.
  • Maximizar el Revpar.
  • Elaboración de un Forecasting o previsión de ocupación a futuro.
  • Realizar un calendario de eventos especiales y temporadas para estudiar su repercusión sobre la demanda.
  • Llevar un control de la evolución de las ventas.
  • Optimizar los ingresos del cluster de Hoteles a gestionar.
  • Apoyo en las funciones a la responsable de los hoteles de segmento vacacional.

Requisitos:

  • Grado en Turismo/ Económicas/ADE
  • Formación complementaria como Revenue.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 años como Revenue.
  • Inglés nível alto.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas.
  • Habilidad para adaptarse a diferentes situaciones y/o clientes.
  • Habilidad para tomar decisiones.
