Dirigirás proyectos de creación e integración de estos nuevos productos digitales (junto con los gestores de proyectos tecnológicos). Y, además, comprender cómo estos nuevos productos hacen evolucionar el posicionamiento de nuestra empresa y los datos económicos resultantes.
Responsabilidades principales
- Identificar oportunidades para nuevos productos y servicios, comprender su propósito comercial y su adecuación a nuestra empresa.
- Crear y responsabilizarse de la propuesta de valor del producto/servicio y, por tanto, de su definición a detalle.
- Comunicar la visión del producto/servicio, darle vida e influir en los principales actores interesados, siempre con una visión de cliente.
- Trabajar con las diferentes áreas de negocio, equipos de diseño y otros países del grupo para entender las necesidades de los clientes, identificar los espacios de oportunidad para la innovación y el desarrollo de productos y servicios.
- Trabajar con el departamento de diseño para crear conceptos y definir la experiência del usuario.
- Especificar los requisitos funcionales del producto y servicio para entregar a las áreas técnicas de desarrollo; así como participar en el proceso de desarrollo de producto/servicio validando su rumbo y tomando las decisiones pertinentes.
- Trabajar con los equipos de finanzas para construir casos de negocio claros que refuercen el modelo de negocio comercial.
- Entender y plantear la estrategia comercial de los productos, aportando conocimiento profundo del mercado a través de estudios, información interna, y/o visitas a clientes o potenciales.
- Supervisar el compromiso, el rendimiento comercial, operativo y de UX de nuestros productos tras su lanzamiento.
- Actuar como nodo entre todos los mercados en lo referente a nuevos productos digitales.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
- +3 años de experiência como Digital Product Manager o Digital Product Owner siendo responsable de la gestión productos digitales.
- Con estudios de ingeniería o empresariales, pero con un claro interés por la tecnología y las tendencias emergentes.
- Conocimientos en diseño UX digital.
- Pensamiento creativo y gran capacidad de resolución de problemas para comprender las necesidades de los clientes y los objetivos de negocio.
- Gran capacidad analítica.
- Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y experiência liderando equipos en un entorno internacional.
- Gran capacidad de comunicación escrita y oral para crear y presentar diapositivas.
- Dominio del inglés hablado y escrito (se valorarán otros idiomas: francés, portugués, alemán, italiano, sueco).
