Descripción del puesto:
En CONVERSIA buscamos un Project Manager con al menos 3 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de software.
Funciones del puesto -En dependencia del Director de Proyectos, deberá liderar y gestionar diversos proyectos transversales de Compañía, acerca de cuyo progreso informará frecuentemente tanto al Sponsor, como al Equipo de Proyecto, así como a la Dirección, gestionando los hitos, desviaciones, así como el cierre y análisis de valor de cada uno de ellos.
- Se responsabilizará de establecer prioridades entre los distintos proyectos y la asignación de recursos.
- Se encargará de gestionar las incidencias que puedan surgir a lo largo del proyecto.
- Se responsabilizará de la gestión, comunicación e interlocución con múltiples participantes.
- Deberá identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos sobre los que trabaja, trasladando las mismas a la Dirección para, posteriormente, ejecutar los proyectos que permitan aprovechar esas oportunidades.
- Gestionará adecuadamente las tareas propias del departamento como son, la optimización de procedimientos de trabajo y el reporte periódico.
- Apoyará a los diferentes departamentos en la organización y la elaboración de la documentación de sus procedimientos de trabajo.
