Purpose of the Role:

This position involves supporting the IPP Analyst team in enhancing and sustaining trading relationships with relevant vendors and Product Marketing, aiming to gain a competitive edge for TD SYNNEX by implementing professional inventory planning and procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place orders based on profiles generated by the IPP Analyst team, considering logistics efficiency requirements.
  • Conduct back-to-back ordering of products with no established run rate.
  • Coordinate direct ship purchase orders with vendors, ensuring accuracy in product, quantity, pricing, and delivery dates.
  • Validate that all purchase orders fall within approved limits.
  • Verify vendor order confirmations for accuracy and update the system accordingly.
  • Expedite open orders for optimal customer satisfaction and ensure high accuracy in due date management.
  • Assist in managing vendor price changes and updating cost prices in the system.
  • Handle stock rotation procedures, including obtaining authorization references, processing return orders, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Aid in resolving Logistics and Finance queries promptly.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures and participate in process enhancements.
  • Manage ad hoc projects as assigned by IPP Management until completion.
  • Deliver excellent service, meet set targets, and represent TD SYNNEX professionally.
  • Optimize stock availability, minimize backlog, and control inventory costs, while aligning with key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a superior stock profile with calculated commercial risk and cost.
