**Quel sera ton rôle ?**

Heetch valorise autant ses passagers que ses chauffeurs. Avoir une marketplace saine et efficace, c'est avoir un équilibre entre notre nombre de chauffeurs et passagers et également éviter au maximum les mauvais comportements nuisant au bon fonctionnement de l'appli.Au sein de l'équipe Opérations, tu auras l'opportunité de conduire des missions diverses et variées de A à Z, allant de l'analyse de la situation actuelle (via des retours chauffeurs et via la data) jusqu'à la mise en place de process impactants et leur suivi (création de dashboards, définition et suivi de KPIs).

**En tant que Process & Solutions Engineer**:
Tu connaîtras le business et ses réalités, ce qui fera de toi un référent clé pour les équipes
**Produit**. De plus, tes connaissances en data te permettront d'accompagner les agents opérationnels. Tu seras donc le pont entre la réalité du terrain et la data.

Tu accompagneras les
**équipes locales** au quotidien:

- **Signup Driver** : En leur fournissant les meilleurs outils pour analyser nos actions sur les nouveaux chauffeurs (onboarding, bonus d'activation...)
- **Care (Service client)** : En t'assurant de l'adéquation de nos process en fonction des retours directs de nos chauffeurs et de nos passagers (retravailler la détection des différentes fraudes, faciliter l'accès à la data via de nouveaux outils, automatiser les process Care)
- **Marketing-CRM** : En apportant la connaissance business et data pour les assister dans la réussite de leurs projets (segmentation utilisateurs, paiement des bonus)
- À l'aise pour découvrir de nouveaux logiciels, tu automatiseras au maximum tes différents process
- Data-smart, tu utiliseras la data pour repérer différents comportements ou tendances et mettre en place des actions préventives ou correctives

**Est-ce que tu te reconnais ?**
- En formation Bac+4 ou Bac+5 Maths/cycle Ingénieur/Finance
- Bonne capacité et appétence pour l'analyse de données : tu es à l'aise sur Excel et sur SQL
- La connaissance de Dataiku est un plus
- Empathique et à l'écoute, tu sais t'adapter à ton interlocuteur
- Tu es à l'aise pour parler français et anglais
- Tu aimes prendre le lead sur des projets et avoir de l'impact
- Hard-worker et orienté résultats : tu montres de l'enthousiasme dans ton travail, ton mindset se caractérise par une réelle proactivité et tu valorises l'exécution
- Stratégie vs Opérationnel : tu sais prendre de la hauteur mais tu sais aussi t'impliquer dans l'opérationnel au quotidien
