Responsabilities

Receipt and booking of invoices:
Upload invoices (to AMBUY and guarantee the invoice approval by the appointed person. After approval, booking of invoices.

Accruals:
Analysis, control and updating of expenses accruals.

Monthly reporting:
Effective communication with operations department.

Reconcile and analyze balance:
Analysis and reconciliation of vendor balances in order to book costs on timely basis.

Payments to suppliers:

Advise about the payments to be made by sending supplier payment files to Treasury, following the payment policies established by the company.

Requirements
At least 2 years' experience as an accountant
Degree in business administration, accounting, finance
Advanced level of Excel
Intermediate level of English
Knowledge of SAP is valuable
