SAP Business Development Manager to join our Team in Spain.
The
SAP Business Development Manager **is going to be responsible for 3 main areas:
Define Local Consulting Sales Strategy:
In tight collaboration with practices and the global executive board, define local consulting sales strategy with revenue and headcount growth.
-Business Development:
Define the local Go-To-Market Plan, including required go-to-market assets (innovations, products, add-ons, use cases).
Accountable for the long-term business success of the consulting unit, ensuring successful market adoption and deployment of Westernacher services in the local market
Generate leads, develop a pipeline of opportunities and create offers in order to achieve set sales goals and profitability, at the same time ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Customer Account Management:
Act as senior expert and local face to the market, key customers and partners. Expand market share in the region continuously through various activities, e.g. close cooperation with SAP, participation in business presentations, trade fairs, customer workshops, negotiations, networking, etc.
Your expertise:
- Proven expertise and indepth SAP solution knowhow in S/4 HANA
- Reputation as reliable sales expert in the SAP S4 market, ideally locally
- Experience in developing Go To Market strategies, developing teams and key account management
- Minimum 8 years of industry/consulting experience of selling SAP SCM (EWM, TM, IBP, YL) and/or S/4HANA (SD/MM, PP/QM) solutions.
- Experience in managing the business development of a business area or practice in excess of 5 million euro
- Very good communication, presentation and presales skills with SCM and/or SAP S/4 HANA solution
- Strong management & leadership expertise of crossfunctional and international teams
- Insight into market needs, requirements and innovations
- Results and execution focused, with a positive, "cando" attitude to turn great ideas into scaling business innovations.
General Requirements:
- Available to travel if the role requires it
- Bachelor and/or Master's degree
- Fluent English
- Other languages are an asset
