Job Title: Sr. Marketing Growth and Activation Manager - Soups & Sauces

Location: Hybrid, Vienna, Austria or Barcelona, Spain or Paris, France

Soups & Sauces is a core category within our savoury business. The Marketing Growth and Activation Manager is responsible for leading the design and implementation of taste, texture, and health solutions for our customers in Europe.

You will work closely with our Chef Designers, Technical, and Sales experts to connect insights to value and create appetizing and nutritious food. At DSM-Firmenich, we prioritize Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, which is integrated into our daily operations, benefiting our People, Customers & Communities while driving business value.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design and Deploy Category Growth Plans
  • Develop and Launch Regional Initiatives and tools for the Soups & Sauce category
  • Coach & train the sales team on value positioning solutions
  • Collaborate on customer briefs and act as Marketing lead for key accounts
  • Partner within our global culinary network to inspire great tasting food
  • Collaborate with the innovation lead on Taste and value proposition

What you bring:

  • Passion for Savoury Food and Culinary Curiosity
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business or Marketing
  • 10 years of Marketing experience in the Savoury Food or Flavor/Ingredients industry
  • Market Acumen in the Savoury sector
  • Team player with strong collaborative skills
  • Strategic & analytical thinking with a commercial drive
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization and drive progress through influence
