The Department:


The CRM Department is responsible for the creation, segmentation, execution of campaigns sent out to Casino and Live Casino customers; as well as the reporting on our main KPIs.

Customer welfare is forever at the forefront of our strategy at Betway. We want to ensure all of our customers enjoy our products in a safe and responsible gambling environment.

Purpose of the role:


The CRM Executive is responsible for executing the CRM strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Betway product, mainly focused on Casino Online product and strategy.

The role will be responsible for helping to grow the CRM programme across Spain, across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

It will also involve collaborating cross functionally with Casino Global tea, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Creative and Analytics teams as part of an aligned regional strategy.

This role revolves around the of use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.


The role will be heavily focused on the Casino products (slots, Roulettes, Live Dealer roulettes,) and Marketing delivery communications in the area of Lifecycle, Compliance, AML, KYC, but with the scope to test and learn on all campaign types and products.


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects with involvement in all retention and marketing processes starting from planning up until execution and reporting.
  • Managing the execution and delivery of compliance workflows around lifecycle, onboarding, retention rate, and product upgrade.
  • Being the gatekeeper for all customer onboarding sequences to ensure new customers have the best possible experience in their early Betway lifecycle.
  • Managing content creation with the help of the creative department.
  • Ensuring Betway website is up to date across all platforms (mobile & desktop).
  • Troubleshooting of issues with automated comms and workflows.
  • Reviewing and reporting on campaigns, looking to spot trends we can try to reverse or enhance.
  • Scheduling the communications calendar with stakeholders in the same regional team.
  • Implementing personalisation strategies based on a data driven approach.
  • Managing the execution and delivery of new workflows around the full customer lifecycle
  • Liaising with Compliance and Country Management to understand any new required workflows needed and manage the execution of these.
  • Continual tests to optimise all campaigns.

You will have:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments whilst liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Interest in Online Casino products.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder, CDP, etc.).
It would be a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience in the Betting Industry
  • specifically in the Casino area.
  • Exposure and good knowledge of a content management system.
  • Strong problemsolving skills in understanding and diagnosing solutions.
  • Experience with Excel in some capacity.
  • Experience on performance analysis.
