Nuestro cliente, Sociedad Gestora de Activos Inmobiliarios en pleno momento de crecimiento y ubicada en Madrid, precisa incorporar un/a Facility Manager.
- Elaboración y seguimiento del plan preventivo de mantenimiento de los edificios.
- Mantenimiento integral de los edificios.
- Propuesta y seguimiento de acciones correctivas en los edificios.
- Gestión de toda la documentación técnica asociada a los edificios.
- Recepción de los activos de obra nueva.
- Gestión de todos los servicios asociados a los edificios: Seguridad, suministros, limpieza, Conserjería, jardinería, etc.
- Gestión de la garantía de los fabricantes de equipos principales.
- Gestión de las operaciones de reacondicionamiento de las viviendas.
- Subsanación de las incidencias privativas en las viviendas.
- Negociación, contratación, y seguimiento de los contratos marco de servicios asociados a las intervenciones en las viviendas (electricidad, fontanería, pintura, carpintería, etc.).
- Selección y gestión de los subcontratistas que sean necesarios para el buen funcionamiento del departamento
Requisitos:
- Formación universitaria en Arquitectura o Ingeniería de la edificación
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en puestos de responsabilidad asociados a la construcción y mantenimiento de edificios, preferiblemente de carácter residencial. El desempeño de funciones a pie de obra será valorado muy positivamente.
- Dominio de herramientas de ofimática y de Autocad
- Nível de inglés medioalto.
