Main Functions:
Drive and manage talent and development management processes
Analyze performance management results in order to identify hard and soft skills training and development needs
Design and monitor employee training and develop programs, assess needs and results, develop new programs and modifie existing ones if needed in liason with HR local factories teams.
Design management and technical career paths.
Lead Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, proposing initiatives to implement the Equality Plan, organize and lead the local committee and actively participates in the European Committee
Lead internal communication and employer branding actions, in coordination with Corporate Talent and Internal Communication Director and with Corporate Communications.

Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
Ability to think and plan strategically but follow through and act on the tactical requirements needed
Experience and qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in a multinational, matrix organization in Human Resources, especially in a Talent Development role.
Demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that positively impact employee engagement, calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession and increase organizational capability
BA in Human Resource, Psychology, Law or Business Administration.
Master degree in Human Resources or related field
Proficient in MS Office, employee HRIS (Success factors, Workday etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
English C1
