International Babysitters is an International Childcare agency, specialised in arranging top quality, multilingual childcare for families in Europe and abroad.
In early 2021 we created our new platform Tripsitta.
Tripsitta is a free and exclusive new platform in which all our nannies have their own profile and can manage their own availability calendars.
Tripsitta allow the nannies to be requested directly by our clients and families for exciting holiday nanny and babysitting positions.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a bubbly and experienced nanny/babysitter already based in Madrid who is passionate about children's development and their families.
A nanny/babysitter who understands the importance of being the image of an international and multilingual childcare agency and it's policies and quality standards.
A nanny/babysitter who doesn't mind getting dirty playing with all children and prepares activities beforehand when going to take care of a child.
A nanny/babysitter who is confident and believes can take over any unpredictable situation.Someone who loves to sing, be funny and caring with all children.
A nanny/babysitter who is communicative with all staff, colleagues and clients.
Our roles:
- Part time roles: depending on demand starting salary on 10 EUR x hour for one child
- Occasional roles: starting salary on 12 EUR x hour for one child (each extra children is +2 EUR)
- Night taxi expenses are covered._
- Holiday Nanny roles: starting salary on 90 EUR daily for a maximum of 8 hours for one child (each extra children is +10 EUR)
- Traveling expenses, meals and accommodation are covered._
Requirements:
- To have good English communication skills.
- To have a minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare (official/unofficial experience with relatives does not count).
- To be able to provide us with a criminal record certificate dated within the last 18 months.
- To be able to provide us with 3 contact references related to childcare.
- To have good IT skills; able to create their own profile on our platform and to keep it up to date.
