Wie trägst Du zu unserer Mission bei?Als Implementation Specialist bist Du für die direkte Einführung von Kenjo-Kund*innen in unsere Software über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg verantwortlich. Du bist ein*e geschätzte*r Ansprechpartner*in und vertrauenswürdige*r Berater*in, die/der dabei hilft, die langfristige Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund*innen auf ein solides Fundament zu stellen. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Team bist Du die Stimme von Kenjo und vertrittst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund*innen. Du setzt dich dafür ein, das Onboarding zu einem positiven und inklusiven Erlebnis für unsere Kund*innen zu machen.
Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten sind:Du begleitest unsere Kund*innen vom Abschluss des Vertrags bis zur eigenständigen Nutzung unserer PlattformDabei schaffst du genauso für Nutzer*innen, die zum ersten Mal mit Personalsoftware arbeiten wie für bereits erfahrene Power-User ein zeiteffizientes, kundenorientiertes und rundum positives ErlebnisHierfür entwickelst eigenständig ein tiefes Verständnis der Kenjo-Plattform und den Arbeitsalltag unserer Kund*innen, um gängige Herausforderungen bei der Einführung komplexer Softwaresysteme zu erkennen und mit entsprechenden Lösungsstrategien zu entgegnenDu sammelst das Feedback unserer Kund*innen und setzt dieses proaktiv in Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für die Teams Product, Marketing, Growth oder Success um, um die Kund*innenzufriedenheit auf ein Top-Niveau zu bringenDu agierst als Vorbild und vertrauenswürdige*r Berater*in im Team und schaffst mit deiner Arbeit eine Basis für eine möglichst wirksame Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund*innenUm in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du:... Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und fließend Englisch sprechen Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung und/oder im technischen Support von SaaS-Produkten mitbringen.... Erfahrung mit Customer Management Tools wie Hubspot, Salesforce, ChurnZero oder Freshdesk haben.... hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift besitzen und stets professionell und freundlich auftreten.... einen hohen Anspruch an die Qualität Deiner Arbeit haben.... die Fähigkeit haben, technische Themen für Anwender*innen verständlich zu erklären und auf Augenhöhe mit ihnen zu kommunizieren.... eine unerschütterlich positive Einstellung und die Leidenschaft dafür mitbringen, anderen zum Erfolg zu verhelfen.Weitere nice-to-have Kenntnisse:
