Tender Agent Position at Medline Iberia
Location: Madrid - San Fernando de Henares
Purpose
The role of a Tender Agent at Medline involves preparing and reviewing bids and tender documentation for Public Administration, handling samples, and managing guarantees. The job requires coordination with Sales and Customer Service to meet deadlines and technical requirements for bid submissions, offering support to the Sales teams in Spain and Portugal.
How You Can Contribute
- Analyzing tender documents and determining relevant tenders.
- Monitoring tender publications and identifying applicable products.
- Gathering data for tender preparation based on conditions, technical specifications, and pricing.
- Managing submission deadlines and collaborating with Sales and Marketing for information collection.
- Maintaining tender databases and assisting in product data sheet preparation.
- Monitoring guarantees and managing competition samples.
- Handling documentation and scanning for the tendering process.
Qualifications We Seek
- Education in Administration or Law.
- Proficiency in Spanish, with Portuguese and English skills preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum one year experience in administration, ideally in Medical Devices.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
