**Job Description Summary**: As Price & Tender Manager you are responsible to lead the Price and Tender operations for Iberia (Spain and Portugal). You will lead a team of Price & Tender specialists and enable them to do their job in the most efficient way and provide the best Customer Experience.

**About the role**:
**As** **Price & Tender Manager** you are responsible to lead the Price and Tender operations for Iberia (Spain and Portugal). You will lead a team of Price & Tender specialists and enable them to do their job in the most efficient way and provide the best Customer Experience.

As an expert in the Spanish public contracting law you will advise Businesses, and our Customers if required, on the best way to shape public tenders and to take advantage of the innovative ways that the current law allows.

As an expert in price management you will coordinate activities with Businesses, Customers and Price & Tender to ensure prices in our systems are the right ones and they are active at the right moment, ensuring the best experience to our customers.

You serve as the first point of contact for our internal customers for Price & Tender related tasks and you have a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will act as a role model and drive & support Customer Experience Excellence and embed a customer centric culture in the Price & Tender organization.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate Price & Tender. Manage a team of Price and Tender specialists.
- Manage the Price & Tender operations.
- Coordinate activities with external suppliers (ie: INFORBOE, TESERA,)
- Provide advice to Businesses, and customers if required, about the best way of shaping tenders and taking advantage of the Spanish contracting law in the public sector.
- Continuous improvement: Together with the Customer Service responsible, analyze allowed data and metrics and define actions plans to improve customer experience and team efficiency.
- Working fluently within Customer Service and other functions and Business in BD.
- Report to and work closely with the Iberia Customer Care Operations leader.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree (desired on law) or equivalent
- Demonstrable knowledge in the Spanish contracting law in the public sector
- Demonstrable knowledge in price management
- Experience in the Spanish health sector advising on the configuration of public tenders
- Experience in people management
- Experience in the Portuguese health sector (a plus)

**Knowledge & skills**:

- Advanced English language
- Portuguese language (a plus)
- Advanced knowledge on excel and analytic tools
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
- A hands-on and solution-oriented mentality that results in a pro-active approach. Growth mindset, teamwork, quick learning
- Strong communication skills
- Change agent, demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive improvement in processes
