Ensure reliability, response times, and correct execution of the necessary analytics for the release of manufactured batches, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and contributing to meeting the established indicators on the department's dashboard.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the quality control program and KPIs of the Operational Teams.
- Approve the analytical certificate of starting materials.
- Prepare and implement SOPs in Quality Control.
- Approve protocols in reports of method and equipment validations and qualifications.
- Training and certification of quality control analysts.
- Review and approve investigation reports of incidents and deviations (OOS) in Quality Control.
- Collaborate in investigations of incidents, complaints, and process deviations.
- Manage the monitoring and approval of stabilities.
- Oversee compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Educational Background
- Degree in Chemistry or similar field.
- Knowledge of GMPs.
- Knowledge of basic analytical techniques and laboratory instrumental techniques (HPLC Empower).
Specific Knowledge
High level of English proficiency.
Experience
Experience in Chemical/Pharmaceutical laboratory.
