About the Role:

Tecnicas Reunidas, a leading Oil Gas International Engineering and Construction Company, is seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Quality Control Specialist to join our Inspection Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical and instrumentation systems in our EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify vendor manufacturing documents to ensure compliance with design and manufacturing codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to ensure quality control requirements are met.
  • Plan and coordinate inspection visits with vendors and clients.
  • Lead pre-inspection meetings and request inspectors to cover related inspection activities.
  • Review and distribute inspection reports, manage non-conformities, and participate in project meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecom, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality control of electrical and instrumentation manufacturing.
  • Sound knowledge of EI normative and standards, including IEC, IEEE, ISA, ATEX, and IECEx.
  • Experience with electrical hazardous area classifications and knowledge of ASME, API, and ANSI codes.
  • Fluent English written and spoken (B2-C1).
