En Logisfashion SA estamos buscando un/a Property Compliance Manager que será responsable de liderar la definición de políticas y guías a seguir en el compliance industrial de la compañía, así como también de promover los planes de acción que permitan el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables y de realizar el seguimiento de estas.

Definimos como
_compliance industrial_ todas aquellas regulaciones legales, estándar interno de Logisfashion o buenas prácticas que hacen referencia a
:1) Legislaciones industriales aplicables a centros logísticos, 2
) Mantenimiento de nave industrial y equipos intralogísticos, 3
) Elementos técnicos que afecten a la PRL y
4) Contratación de servicios logísticos.

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS PRINCIPALES:

Legislaciones industriales aplicables a centros logísticos

  • Crear y mantener documento que defina el marco normativo a cumplir en los almacenes.
  • Establecer el procedimiento de verificación para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables.
  • Dar soporte a los responsables de mantenimiento en relación a sus responsabilidades relativas a compliance industrial.
  • Definir metodología de auditoria englobado en los procesos de AUDIT WW o auditorias específicas del área.
  • Mantener el sistema de control de NO CONFORMIDADES (ámbito de legislaciones industriales) en las distintas unidades de negocio.
  • Promover la visibilidad en la alta dirección de los incumplimientos.
  • Promover planes de acción que permitan el cumplimiento del compliance industrial.

Mantenimiento nave industrial y equipos intralogísticos

  • Definir metodología y herramientas para asegurar cumplimiento de ISO900
  • Apoyar en la creación de planes de mantenimiento de cada almacén.
  • Definir y seguir los de KPIs de gestión del ámbito.
  • Creación de guías de usuario de mantenimiento de instalaciones.
  • Creación documentos ckeckpoint para facilitar la realización del mantenimiento de instalaciones y equipos.
  • Realizar las funciones de Key user del software de partes de mantenimiento de la compañía.

Elementos técnicos que afecten a PRL

  • Colaboración con el área de PRL para:
  • Redacción de guía de gestión de sistemas de emergencia y del plan de actuación en caso de emergencia.
  • Definición y ejecución de las medidas de prevención de riesgos relativas a la ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento.
  • Formar parte del foro de seguimiento de PRL:
  • Colaborar en la implantación y vigilancia del seguimiento de medidas de PRL.
  • Dar soporte en la mejora de las condiciones ambientales de trabajo aportando soluciones técnicas compatibles con las distintas operativas.

Requisitos:

NECESARIOS:

FORMACIÓN:
Formación universitario en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, ADE, Riesgos laborales o similar. Valorable experiência como auditor/a interno/a.

EXPERIENCIA:
5 años realizando tareas similares en empresas multinacionales o relacionadas con el área de calidad o legislación industrial.

DESEABLES:

  • Amplio conocimiento de legislación aplicable a centros logísticos, mantenimiento industrial y PRL, prevención contra incendios, licencias de actividad, etc.
  • Riguroso, persistente, metódico y dinámico, que sepa aportar buenos consejos para alcanzar los objetivos de la compañía.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (paquete MICROSOFT OFFICE).
  • Gran empatía para facilitar la implementación de planes de acción con impacto a largo plazo.
  • Buena capacidad de negociación para conseguir os objetivos pactados.
  • Inglés nível medio/alto hablado y escrito.
