We are looking for a senior payroll with experience in the Netherlands payroll for our client, an important multinational in the IT sector, based in Barcelona

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, adhering to Dutch payroll regulations
  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions in accordance with legal requirements
and company policies

  • Address payrollrelated queries and discrepancies from employees in a timely manner
  • Manage and provide support with UK and other international payrolls as required
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
  • Stay updated on Dutch labour laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation affecting
HR and payroll processes

  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including tax filings, pension contributions, and annual
declarations

  • Managing yearly audits (NEN44001/SNA) and compliance reviews, maintaining accurate
records and documentation

Profile:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken, is a must for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll processing, in the Netherlands
  • Previous experience working for an Employer or Record (EOR) or similar industries
  • Previous experience in managing the NEN44001/SNA audit
