**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for our French employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the payroll team to process 1,500 to 2,000 payrolls per month
  • Responsible for the entire payroll process, from data collection to social declarations and administrative aspects of social management
  • Monitor and maintain regulatory and legal compliance in payroll processing
  • Prepare and review monthly payrolls, checking for accuracy and compliance with legislation
  • Collaborate with operational, accounting, HR, and management teams to control internal payroll processes
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to employees on payroll-related matters
  • Assist in resolving anomalies in declarations and ensuring compliance with employment law

**Requirements**

  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • Degree in Payroll/Accounting or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role
  • Familiarity with employment law and payroll techniques
  • Proficiency in ADP Decidium software and IT tools
