Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of workload efficiently in your designated area.
  • Maintain the Projects Department Document Management System with accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and update document lists according to project specifications.
  • Keep precise record of document revisions for customer and internal department submissions.
  • Control the document management structure to align with customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to internal departments and suppliers.
  • Actively participate in company initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Basic computing skills with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Relevant experience in related industries.
  • Customer-centric approach and dedication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, proactive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Located in Burgos.
