Your main tasks and responsibilities: • To be able to manage a high workload volume within the designated area of 
responsibility.
• Developing and maintaining the Projects Department Document Management 
System with relevant information and documentation, in an accurate and timely 
manner and in accordance to customer/ project specification requirements and 
department standards: 
• Developing and maintaining document lists in a timely manner in accordance to 
customer/project requirements
• Building and maintaining accurate document revision records for the 
submission to, and receipt from customers, suppliers and internal departments 
required documents.
• Selection and amendment of appropriate document management sheets and 
transmittals 
• Maintaining Projects Department document control structure, ensuring that all 
specification revisions are in accordance with customer POs or PO revisions
• Responsibility for the timely submission of documents to internal departments 
and/or suppliers.
• Participate and actively support company initiatives
• All other duties relevant to supporting the Project Team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:  • Degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• The full command of English is a must.
• Competent in basic computing skills, with experience of Microsoft Outlook,  
Word and Excel programs.  
• Relevant experience in related industries will be appreciated.
• Customer orientation and dedication.
• Able to set priorities, discern what is important, proactive can do attitude,  
solution orientated
• Location Burgos.
