At Eurofirms Services, we are searching for a receptionist and administrative support for a company located in Madrid focused on enhancing the digital experience for individuals and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the office reception area, welcome and assist clients, vendors, and team members.
- Support in arranging and overseeing administrative tasks such as meetings, events, and appointments.
- Track and restock office supplies, and handle invoice processing.
- Supervise office operations to optimize productivity and employee well-being.
- Coordinate internal logistics including deliveries, inventory, and supplies.
- Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative and receptionist roles.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Residence near the workplace will be advantageous.
