Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office reception area, welcome and assist clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Support in arranging and overseeing administrative tasks such as meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Track and restock office supplies, and handle invoice processing.
  • Supervise office operations to optimize productivity and employee well-being.
  • Coordinate internal logistics including deliveries, inventory, and supplies.
  • Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative and receptionist roles.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Residence near the workplace will be advantageous.
