Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Metallurgical and Welding Engineer with years of experience in the oil & gas and petrochemical fields
Responsabilities:
- Complete responsibility for material selection for piping and equipment of the plants including the development of the associated documentation such as: Material Selection Philosophy Report, MOCs (Material of construction) or MDSs (Material Selection Diagrams)
- Preparation of project Welding Specification
- Review / comment of vendor WPS/PQR documentation
- Review / comment of vendor PWHT procedure
Habilidades / Cualificación:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical discipline with a minimum of 1015 years experience
- Extensive working experience in engineering Companies developing Basic Engineering Design Packages and EPC projects working with typical process of the oil & gas and petrochemical projects.
- Knowledge of International Codes and Standards applicable to Process Plants (ASME, ANSI, API, NACE, etc.)
