As a Chapter Lead you will lead different squads, supporting change throughout the full development process in the Products domain.

The Chapter Leads act as a leader and expert with the aim to ensure the performance and development of squads in his area while supporting organizational leadership in decision making.

What you do Manage the qualification requirements of the chapter members enabling them to work in an Agile setting Create the foundations for the effective operation of the chapter, keeping the appropriate chapter size and necessary capabilities following the required technological standards through relevant training Implement the synergies between the teams and collaborate with the Product Owners to identify future resource requirements Act as role model in Agile working to inspire and train chapter members to use Agile working practices Implement all personnel related processes and cooperate with the Product Owner and under the guidance of the relevant HR partners Acts as a change agent and promotes agile values, principles, and way of working Supports the leadership from a mid-term strategic perspective in prioritizing initiatives, analyzing results, creating actions Conducts negotiations with sponsors and stakeholders on financing and budget development Collaborating with stakeholders and analysts to understand their business requirements What you bring Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or other relevant fields 7+ years of Agile leadership experience focused on managing product backlog, eliciting requirements, determining priorities and driving the development team for project execution Insurance sector domain experience is a huge plus Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problems Capability in understanding the technical aspects of the project Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Fluency in English What we offer We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
