You will be a part of the PMI's team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary).
You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master or Specific postgraduate degree, validated, and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
- Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed master's at UCJC
Who we're looking for:
- University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar)

Responsibilities:
- Tobacconist CC Inbound Management day to day
- Follow up of weekly KPI'S and reports
- Back Office incidents follow up
- Before every program launch: Think/Prepare possible incidences, unable them in System with CDI, train 3rd Parties involve and Back Office, etc.
- REEv (new CRM tool) Follow Up new Implementations and Meetings
- Give trainings to Retailer Call Center
- Monitoring & Follow Up "Canjes" Logista
