About Ukio |

We are one of the most promising startups of 2023 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris. This is only the beginning as we've got our sights set on spreading to the rest of Europe and later to include other continents as well .

Ukio's mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want . We do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market, providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere .

Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, this year will be vital in our growth as we look to further build out our team, further establish ourselves in our current markets, and expand our reach into multiple new markets . We are currently ranked in the top 10 startups in Spain by Linkedin, and we have successfully raised a Series A investment round of €27 million that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe and bring us closer to reaching our goals .

Role |

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales B2B Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, support our dedicated team with a variety of administrative tasks, and contribute creatively to new projects. If you are eager to learn, have a proactive mindset, and are ready to take on challenges in a fun and professional environment, this role is perfect for you

Responsibilities |

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the B2B team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage and organize legal contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support finance strategies by helping with tracking our bookings.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Sales Cycle Involvement:

  • Engage in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the legal team to review and finalize contracts.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to develop effective invoicing and financial tracking processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create engaging sales materials and campaigns.

Creative Project Initiation:

  • Bring your creativity to the table to develop and launch new projects.
  • Propose innovative ideas to improve our sales processes and customer experience.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in B2B events and networking opportunities.

Learning and Development:

  • Gain comprehensive insights into B2B sales strategies and operations.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the industry.
  • Develop essential skills in communication, negotiation, and project management.
About you |
  • Currently studying a relevant bachelor's in Hospitality, Sales or Business;
  • Enjoy receiving and taking responsibility and you can work independently
  • Flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach
  • You are a multi-talented individual with a passion for utilizing your dexterity skills
  • You thrive on responsibility and navigate stressful peak periods with ease
  • Fluent in English and Spanish – Know any other languages? The more the merrier
