PROGRAMA PRIMERA EXPERIÈNCIA PROFESSIONAL EN LES ADMINISTRACIONS PÚBLIQUES. Requisits de les persones destinataries: - Desocupades inscrites com a demandants d'ocupació en el Servei Públic d'Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) -Joves menors de 30 anys -Hauran de complir els requisits per a formalitzar un contracte formatiu per obtenir la pràctica professional Entitat pública cultural necessita incorporar 1 assistent/a administratiu/va de gerència al Departament de Gestió i RRHH. REQUISITS IMPRESCINDIBLES: -Grau en ADE o doble Grau ADE-DRET -Bon nívell de redacció en català i castellà. -Nívell d'anglès B1-B2 REQUISITS VALORABLES: -Coneixements mig-avançats i/o experiència en la gestió de tot el cicle comptable d'una empresa o entitat -Formació en contractació pública -Coneixement d'ERP's de gestió, especialment el SAP Business One. CONDICIONS LABORALS: Contracte temporal de 12 mesos. Modalitat de treball presencial. Jornada complerta. Horari flexible de 37,5 hores/setmanals Sou brut mensual 1800€
- Suport al departament d'administració i gestió de projectes, principalment gestió de les compres i contractacions públiques -Participació en el cicle comptable i documental de la contractació menor -Realització del registre comptable a l'ERP de l'ICP (SAPBO) dels moviments de caixa -Recolzament al departament d'administració de la realització de les licitacions públiques -Registre i compliment normatiu de l'obligació de publicació de la contractació pública als diferents organs de seguiment i fiscalització -Altres tasques administratives vinculades a la gestió
- Experiència 1 mesos. Per a participar en el programa, la persona jove no pot tenir experiència laboral en l'ocupació que li habilita la titulació oficial sol-licitada a l'oferta superior a tres mesos.
