Role Overview:

Join us as a Sales Development Representative dedicated to the German market, where you will spearhead WorkMotion's growth in Germany through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting. Your role will be pivotal in identifying and nurturing sales leads that will ultimately drive business growth. This position presents the opportunity to learn from our seasoned sales team and contribute to our expanding Sales and SDR Playbook.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead WorkMotion's expansion in Germany through targeted outbound and inbound prospecting initiatives
  • Represent the company at local trade shows and international events
  • Identify and assess sales leads to convert them into viable opportunities and successful deals
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute effective strategies for inbound lead generation
  • Support WorkMotion's strategic market expansion objectives by engaging with key audiences, fostering connections, and generating qualified leads
  • Work closely with the German Account Executive to enhance workflow efficiency through idea exchange and strategy implementation
  • Offer insights and feedback to enhance marketing tactics based on direct interactions with prospects
  • Contribute to refining lead conversion processes through analytical insights and testing

Qualifications we're seeking:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales-related positions like Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser
  • Bachelor's degree in a communication-related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Comfortable with technology, quick to adopt new tools such as CRMs like HubSpot
  • Native fluency in German; proficient in English, additional languages are a bonus
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
  • Adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments
  • Skilled in building relationships, collaborating internally and externally to enhance processes and communication
