Se busca un profesional para el puesto de Process Optimization and Quality Lead - Distribution & Marketing, reportando al Director de Post-market. La persona seleccionada será responsable de analizar, monitorear y mejorar los procesos relacionados con las actividades de Post-market de dispositivos médicos para diagnóstico in vitro (IVD), con el fin de optimizar la eficiencia de dichos procesos garantizando la calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Evaluar de forma sistemática los procesos de la cadena de suministro, marketing, comercialización y soporte técnico de dispositivos médicos, proponiendo nuevas estrategias para eliminar actividades redundantes y agregar valor al cliente y a la compañía.
- Evaluar los procesos de la cadena de suministro de dispositivos médicos, implementando mejoras para garantizar la eficiencia y cumplimiento con los requisitos de transporte, almacenamiento y normativas locales.
- Organizar la documentación del sistema de calidad para facilitar su uso por parte de los diferentes grupos de usuarios.
- Evaluar y cualificar los servicios externos relacionados con el post-market, como distribuidores y servicios de soporte técnico.
- Realizar auditorías internas y externas para verificar el cumplimiento normativo en dispositivos médicos IVD.
- Gestionar las tareas de calidad del post-market, incluyendo la actualización de procedimientos y supervisión de actividades relacionadas.
- Elaborar informes de rendimiento del sistema de calidad post-market, identificando áreas de mejora y acciones correctivas a tomar.
- Coordinar la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas, asegurando su eficacia.
Para tener éxito en este rol, debes cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, de preferencia.
- Experiencia mínima de cinco años en la industria farmacéutica o de dispositivos médicos, enfocada en post-market.
- Conocimientos de sistemas de calidad y normativas ISO (ej. 13485, ISO 14971, IVDR o FDA).
- Habilidades analíticas, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
- Familiaridad con sistemas informáticos como ERP (SAP), CRM (ServiceMax) y herramientas de gestión documental.
- Dominio de herramientas como Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés y disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente.
