Quality Assurance Specialist: Enhancing Patient Care through Innovative Processes

Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Results and Customer Value: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Quality and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, and develop and implement quality management systems to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Expertise and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of quality management principles and best practices, and share expertise with colleagues to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Data Science, or related field, with a minimum of 35 years of experience in quality management and regulatory affairs.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of quality management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards; excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
