¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?
Actualmente, estamos buscando un/a PreSales para gestionar y dar soporte a nuestro equipo comercial de grandes cuentas en proyectos de Digital Workplace.
Responsabilidades del puesto:
Soporte comercial en la detección de nuevas oportunidades, así como en el desarrollo de nuevas propuestas de valor y su defensa en nuestros principales clientes (segmento Enterprise). Diseño de soluciones durante la fase de preventa. Capacidad para elaborar propuestas técnicas, detectar riesgos tecnológicos/económicos y dimensionar y gestionar el impacto económico de las distintas soluciones de servicio. Elaborar modelos de coste. Gestión y liderazgo de pruebas de concepto, demostraciones y pilotos en cliente para escenarios novedosos y/o tecnológicamente avanzados. Diseño y gestión de las ofertas con proveedores y fabricantes.¿QUÉ NECESITARÁS?
Formación universitaria preferiblemente en el área tecnológica. Experiencia mínima de 5 años trabajando como Preventa de Workplace con alto conocimiento en servicios gestionados, soporte a usuarios o infraestructuras. Experiencia en proyectos de alto valor económico en cuentas correspondientes al mercado de Enterprise. Conocimiento de herramientas de mercado para la mejora de servicios para poder contribuir a la innovación en el área. Experiencia trabajando con fabricantes y distribuidores y sus personas clave valorándose especialmente DELL y/o Lenovo. Inglés mínimo B1.¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?
