Misión:
Garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de acción de mantenimiento en la planta productiva.
Esto implica la planificación y supervisión de procesos y equipos para optimizar el funcionamiento de las instalaciones y mejorar su eficiencia.
Además, desempeñará un papel clave al promover la Cultura TPM y la mejora continua en los departamentos de mantenimiento y producción, siendo el referente técnico y gestor en esta área.
Funciones:
Gestión del mantenimiento de una planta industrial (24h / 365 días) de más de 500 personas. Gestión de un equipo de 35 personas. Mantener el seguimiento constante del POA de Mantenimiento para mejorar y optimizar, asegurando el control de costes establecidos.
Auditar y mejorar la Planificación del Mantenimiento, la Organización y control del almacén de recambios, así como la Gestión de Compras y Pedidos de Recambios y Materiales, en apoyo a los respectivos responsables correspondientes.
Reportar a Gerencia y otros Departamentos los resultados, planes y procesos del Departamento, promoviendo la cohesión interdepartamental. Negociar y coordinar pedidos con Proveedores externos cuando sea necesario.Analizar e implementar propuestas de estandarización y reducción de recambios en Planta y Servicios Generales junto al Responsable de Planificación, Responsable RCM y Coordinadores de Mantenimiento.
Participar en la optimización del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo en colaboración con el Supervisor RCM-Preventivos y el Coordinador de Mantenimiento.
Mantenerse informado sobre la evolución del TPM en planta a través del Responsable de RCM y el Jefe de Producción, y auditar y mejorar según sea necesario.
Supervisar continuamente la producción planificada para cumplir los objetivos de rendimientos, mermas y paros, priorizando la seguridad y calidad. Cumplir y hacer cumplir el sistema de gestión HSE. Gestionar los KPIs del Departamento y mejorar los resultados mediante nuevos procesos y «workshops» de mejora. Cumplir las normativas de calidad y buenas prácticas legales y certificadas. Organizar los recursos de personal según las planificaciones y calendarios establecidos. Realizar procesos de Selección y Contratación en colaboración con RRHH según las necesidades organizativas. Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño de los Responsables y Coordinadores directos. Supervisar planes de formación y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo y realizar seguimiento de su progreso.Garantizar el adecuado clima laboral y níveles de información, participación y colaboración del equipo del departamento a través de diversas herramientas disponibles, como reuniones, panel visual y «one to ones».
Conocimientos:
Gestión presupuestaria, contabilidad analítica y control de costes. Conocimientos técnicos de maquinaria a nível neumática, hidráulica, mecánica, electrónica, electricidad, frio industrial y automatización. Conocimiento de AS400, QMANT y diferentes herramientas de planificación.
Experiência:
Mínima 5-10 años en posiciones similares en empresas de proceso continuo (alimentación, química ).
