Reports: Terminal Maintenance Planning ManagerPURPOSE
  • Supporting APMT local process for scheduling planned maintenance activities
  • Provide day to day organization of work, moving scheduled work from the planning stage to work order (WO) despatch, while incorporating breakdowns and work requirements
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESSAFETY
  • Ensure all Asset Maintenance work scheduling processes are applied to reduce risks as much as possible
PERFORMANCE
  • Responsible for creating an executable schedule for terminal equipment, optimizing labor resources and minimizing impact on terminal operations
  • Contribute to scheduling processes for Asset Maintenance activities
  • Utilize CMMS and scheduling software tools for WO management
  • Liaise with Warehouse team for spare parts availability
  • End-to-end monitoring and control of maintenance WOs
STRATEGY
  • Monitor best practices in work scheduling and CMMS utilization
ASSET INTEGRITY
  • Give priority to inspection, maintenance, and repair activities to safeguard asset integrity
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
  • Collaborate with Warehouse and Inventory team for supply chain management best practices
  • Optimize human and material resources utilization
PEOPLE/COMMUNICATIONS
  • Engage with Asset Maintenance teams to improve capabilities
  • Ensure clear communication with clients, customers, and suppliers
  • Build relationships with internal and external parties
  • Participate in maintenance planning & scheduling community
COST MANAGEMENT
  • Support Terminal Maintenance Planner to reduce Opex and Capex costs
  • Monitor work programs for budget compliance
ADDITIONAL ROLES
  • Perform duties of IFS Superuser if needed
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Local academic and further education in scheduling
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operational planning/scheduling
  • Experience in asset-intensive environments
  • Maintenance scheduling experience based on digital data
  • Understanding of Asset Maintenance planning metrics
  • Proficient in IFS10 software and scheduling tools
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills
REPORTING AND SCOPE
  • Reports to local Maintenance Planning Manager
  • Locally based with occasional travel
  • Role is scalable based on terminal size
WORK/BUSINESS CONTACTS AND AUTHORITY
  • Internal: Asset Maintenance team, Global Planning network
  • External: Technical vendors, maintenance contractors
