- Valorable experiência en departamentos de Customer Service en Retail
- Graduado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similares. Es necesario que hayas terminado tus estudios universitarios
- Deberás ser capaz de desarrollar y aplicar tus habilidades administrativas
- Tener una actitud comercial, mostrar capacidad de negociación
- Flexibilidad para buscar las soluciones necesarias para nuestros clientes.
- Tener la capacidad de entender procesos complejos de entrega.
Responsabilidades / Tareas:
- Gestión y seguimientos de los pedidos y entregas
- Resolución de las incidencias de nuestros clientes.
- Atención personalizada a nuestros clientes
- Ofrecer información sobre nuestras colecciones y condiciones comerciales
- Control y verificación de facturas
- Análisis de datos (B2B, SAP, Excel).
Que ofrece ASICS:
- En este proyecto aprenderás las fases de operaciones, logística, contabilidad y comercial.
