As a Manufacturing Expert WBBC Cell, you will support the manufacturing activity by caring of the Dosification

HEADs, following the Batch ticket and Operation instructions, making the manufacturing process safe and

in quality from field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raw material handling of WBBC Coating and package.
  • Management in operation of Automatic Software for Dispense Machines.
  • Operation of dosification HEADS and jolly circuit.
  • Expert in Software Selecta for Dromont / full dispense system.
  • First level of maintenance for equipment, instruments in the cell.
  • Line piping and circulating handling.
  • Assurance of operation with elements with the STD of the calibration rules in PPG.
  • Responsible of sampling assurance for quality checks.
  • First level of control for fineness, pH adjustment, viscosity measurement.
  • Assurance of process instructions for manufacturing of batches.
  • Analysis of historic results / concerns during operation of the Cell and software.

Qualifications

  • Laboratory technician, FPII training as preferred.
  • Degree in chemical it will be considered.
  • Intermediate level in English: B2 min.
  • Office user level. Advanced Excel
  • Good capacity of Data Analysis
