Are you a seasoned sales professional with a demonstrated track record of successfully promoting and selling products or services to B2B clients? Mapsted is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Head to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our company, specializing in delivering tailored solutions to a diverse range of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within various industries, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of different B2B clients.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify and cultivate new business opportunities across diverse sectors, tailoring your approach to address the specific requirements of each client.
  • Build and nurture robust, longlasting client relationships, gaining profound insights into their distinct needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and tactics within different markets, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain an indepth understanding of our products and stay ahead of industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to B2B clients.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific industries, addressing particular questions and concerns.
  • Lead contract negotiations and agreements within various sectors, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue objectives.
  • Provide regular, datadriven reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward industryspecific targets.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and foster enduring relationships within diverse industries.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, adapting to the terminology and challenges relevant to each industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, coupled with a selfmotivated drive to excel in B2B technology sales.
  • Strong aptitude for independent work and effective time management
