Our company Adrian Magnus produces premium cigars and humidors, we are looking for a sales agent to sell our products in the Cigar Shops in Spain.

This is a B2B sales role, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with business clients in the tobacco industry of the Spanish market

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the B2B segment of the tobacco industry
- Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, and other key stakeholders
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective negotiation and sales techniques
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for business development
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
- 3+ of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tobacco industry
- Fluent Spanish language
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Driver’s license, own car, willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed

Working conditions:

- Full remote work with the ability to visit office as needed
- Base salary 2000 euro and bonuses up to 7000 euro
