Estamos en busca de un Improvement and Logistics Manager para una empresa proveedora europea de productos y servicios de mantenimiento, reparación y revisión industrial.
COO
Funciones y responsabilidades
Liderar la definición e implementación de procesos logísticos en ERP Dynamics 365.
Liderar proyectos logísticos para integración de nuevos softwares y soluciones (WMS, TMS, automatización, etc).
Implementación de mejoras:
coordinar (en estrecha colaboración con el responsable de almacén), la implementación de cambios y mejoras en los procesos, asegurando su seguimiento y supervisando su impacto en la eficiencia operativa.
Propietario funcional del actual WMS y las integraciones asociadas.Seguimiento y redifinición de flujos logísticos según capacidades.
Seguimiento al performance de los distintos partners logísticos (coste-servicio).
Soportes en proyectos logísticos del grupo.
Colaboración interdepartamental (ventas, customer service, compras, finanzas).
Seguimiento de KPIs.
Competencias
Perfil analítico y ejecutivo.
Buenos dotes de comunicación y relacionales.
Trabajo en equipo.
Responsabilidad y autonomía, con orientación a resultados.
Gestión de proyectos.
Capacidad de persuasión y coordinación con equipos internos y colaboradores.
Experiência
Experiência de más de 5 años en sector de distribución u operador logístico, con responsabilidad sobre operativa de almacén, transporte y optimización de procesos.
Experiência en la gestión de transporte de distribución nacional y cierre de acuerdo con agencias de transporte.
Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente a empresas del grupo y sucursales.
Formación
Formación mínima de grado superior, licenciatura o ingeniería.
Valorable Máster en Supply Chain y/o formación específica o certificaciones en Lean Manufacturing.
Dominio de Excel (demostrable), Power Point y PowerBI.
Idiomas:
Castellano nativo, inglés avanzado.
