Core responsibilities**:


The primary function of the IT Business Partner (ITBP) is to effectively
manage the business demand for technology and systems capabilities at all levels.


From the perspective of the specific business domain at Sinova, the ITBP is an advocate and the
business domains frontline representative with the Group IT organization.

The ITBP represents the business's plans and priorities and is a driver and source of innovative ideas and approaches.


From the perspective of the IT organization, the ITBP s
upports the technology strategy linked to Sinova business strategy and objectives.

Partners with key business stakeholders to identify, standardizes and prioritises business investments in technology.

Provides a single point of contact for IT related issues and concerns associated with the portfolio of services and ensure visibility into the delivery of solutions.

The ITBP is the IT organization's chief advocate, marketer and communicator towards both Sinova team and SARIA Group.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Is the primary representative and ambassador of technology and systems function within the relevant business domain aligning business and technology strategies.
  • Manages project from EndtoEnd.
  • Establishes trusted business relationships, coaches business leaders, and enables them to articulate technology needs and requirements that will advance business performance; consults with Enterprise Architecture in developing the domain technology roadmap.
  • Identifies and proposes approaches to meet the business needs and leads the demand side of IT governance on behalf of the business.
  • A crucial responsibility is to define business performance benefits, identify how to measure them then track and report on benefits realization.
  • Monitors and reports with business sponsors / control the realization of benefits as jointly developed and agreed with respective business stakeholders.
  • Business trips may represent up to 40% of the time.

Who will succeed with us in this function?

  • 5 to 10 years of directly related experience at a professional level. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related field.
  • A proven enterprise technology and delivery experience, including successful implementation experience in industry deliverables including Industry experience in high tech, manufacturing and/or logistics is preferred, but other industry knowledge and background of interest.
  • Strong strategic business and technology planning experience, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; analytical, problem solving and the ability to interface with all levels of management/leadership globally. Ability to instill confidence in executive management regarding strategy, plans, and events.
  • Has been part of a company digitalization process.
  • A businessfocused technology leader with proven experience leading enterprise solution delivery at business operating levels in a high availability environment in manufacturing, commerce and logistics.
  • English is a must. Additional language (French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, German) is a valuable advantage.
