We are looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER - SPAIN & PORTUGAL for a renowned company operating in the intensive livestock farming field.

What You Will Be Doing

Country Management : you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's commercial objectives, growth, and market presence within Spain & Portugal. Strategic Leadership & Team Management : Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve the company's objectives in the livestock industry, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability, while leading and inspiring a diverse team of professionals to achieve operational excellence Market Analysis : Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly Sales and Marketing : Oversee the sales and marketing efforts to promote our livestock services and products, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets Financial Management : Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure sustainable profitability Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, to enhance the company's reputation and market presence Reporting : Provide regular reports to the corporate office on the country's performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture (Livestock), or a related fieldProven experience in sales leadership in a senior management role within the livestock industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of livestock production practicesResults-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets, ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisionsExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesBesides Spanish, fluent English (written and spoken)
