We are looking for one moreManagement Trainee from The Netherlands to join our international graduate team starting at the end of August 2024.

Oudr Management Trainee programme isdesigned to cultivate exceptional talent, empower innovation, and shape the future of our business.

The Management Trainee experienceAs a Management Trainee, you'll work on five different projects across Visma companies, business areas, and countries over one year.

These projects are of significant strategic importance for our future success, and you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of our business in a meaningful way.

Our broad international presence also allows you to work at one or several of our European locations during your trainee year.

Through a shared introductory week in Oslo and joint gatherings at various locations in Europe during the trainee period, you'll get to know each other well.

At the end of your one year as a Management Trainee, you'll transition into a permanent position at Visma.

Our Management Trainees have diverse backgrounds, skills, and personalities – what unites them is their curious mindset and their ability to act on their ideas.

They also love to collaborate and have excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
