Tus responsabilidades principales incluirán:

  • Brindar apoyo con el programa de Voz del Cliente para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
  • Analizar datos cuantitativos y cualitativos relacionados con los clientes y colaborar en la creación de informes.
  • Comunicar resultados de manera regular a las partes interesadas correspondientes.
  • Identificar las tendencias de los clientes en el contexto de la organización.
  • Contribuir en la implementación de proyectos enfocados en los clientes.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en el programa de Voz del Cliente.

El horario será de 9 a 13 horas, con un 80% de trabajo remoto y un 20% presencial, aunque esto podría variar según las necesidades del momento.



¿Cómo nos gustaría que seas?

  • Estudiante de Estadística o Psicología.
  • Organizado/a con un enfoque centrado en el cliente.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en Excel.
  • Familiarizado/a con PowerPoint y otras herramientas de presentación de datos.
  • Buena capacidad analítica y de gestión de datos.
  • Nivel básico o intermedio de inglés.
  • Interés en aprender, disfrutar, mostrar empatía, ser solidario/a y ser un buen compañero/a.
  • Deseo de crecimiento, aportación y excelencia en el trabajo (sin temor a cometer errores).
